WebSalamence hits the hardest and is the fastest after getting one Dragon Dance. You can either go Moxie or Intimidate with Intimidate generally allowing safer moments to use Dragon Dance. Moxie is very good for snowballing though (I used a Moxie Gyarados to beat 1-49 singles).
