WebOct 21, 2024 · For your API call, you have the Authorization and about two years ago, ConnectWise required a cliendID. I am not sure if the clientID is only needed for the cloud version, but if you do need it, it would be created in the ConnectWise Developer portal. Here is a sample of my lastest API call for you to reference. WebStep1: Add a note to a ticket from CW with an image: Step2: Get note details for the ticket via the API: Step3: PATCH any field of this note (lets say detailDescriptionFlag): Step4: look at the ticket, the image is gone!: There you go - image gone! Now please explain to me why a PATCH request edits a field its not patching?!
