Pros: - In the best 3 colors in EDH - Gives you card advantage - Doesn't force you into one specific strategy Cons: - Expensive mana cost - Weak to removal Damia, Sage of Stone Show WebDraw from Damia or tutor for one of a few combos to win the game, preferably with a counterspell in hand for protection The biggest weakness I see is that without creatures, the deck needs infinite mana (or 40+, which is possible in longer games with something like [ [Mana Reflection]]) to win.
