WebSOLVED: Switch 1 on the backside of the keyboard was turned on. So the Win key on my new One 2 Mini does not work. Fn+Alt+Win does not do anything. Weirdly enough, Win+Alt+Fn (in that order) does make the FN key flash. However this turns my WASD into a cursor, the win key will still not work. WebRequires a Fn+Scroll/Num Lock to trigger. The WASD doesn't control the Mouse with it on. Assuming your game doesn't make use of this cimbo, maybe your board is defective.
