Go back to the tire seller and explain the situation and maybe take them for a ride at 60+, then have them check the tires for defects. Most of it went away with repair, but not all. Then I got new tires (thinking maybe the old tires were an issue), and the shake got worse. Took it back and they balanced the tires AGAIN and I was back to the same minimal shake prior to the tire replacement.

I installed aftermarket wheels and front RR bushings around the time when all the shaking began. I think this is problem #1. The poly bushings are exposing the steering shake.
