WebGuardian is the best by far. While scourge isn't really a healer it has barriers which is a bit like absorbs on a disc priest and it's really easy to play. Elementalist is also a thing but it's weaker than those two and less forgiving. The unfortunate thing about PvP is how there's always 1 top support spec at a time and the others lag behind.
