There is no flickering when it is plugged to a power source (while charging). but to no avail. If anyone can provide a solution to the problem I shall be highly obliged. Thanks. Web31 dec. 2012 · Heh, I actually have the exact same issue, also started with Dota 2. 3 year old G73Jh has worked perfectly fine until two days ago, random black screens started happening while playing games. Installing older and newer drivers didn't work, external monitor displays everything just fine while my laptop's display just flickers or stays black.
